OK, I managed to get the update using a different email address that the website liked, but now after several days, it is saying that the beta software (RC1) has expired! What is going on? Why has the website problem with some addresses bot been fixed yet? How long could that take to fix? It is just a simple syntax problem!

Hello Sir,

I downloaded the PureGDK beta (single-seat license)

PureGDK_Upgrade-2.0RC-1_Beta.exe

But when I try to install the engine to test it, I find a dialog box popping up saying that the trial has expired!

What can I do to resolve this ?

Thanks,

Juggernaut

Download the commercial release candidate (RC). It wont expire.

The PureGDK_Upgrade-2.0RC-1_Beta.exe, I believe, is the latest release. I installed it, and it expired for me also! Can't get any response from support since about a month ago! Does anyone know what happened to the developer?

You'll have access to commercial RC only if you've paid for it ($59.99). Only expiring betas are available for free for non paying users.

Speaking of the developer. Typically he's very responsive but he has been non active for couple of months at least once so far. But he eventually returns and replies to everyone's emails and processes the orders. I guess real life is getting into his way too often.

OK, Thanks for the clarification. I did pay for it, but the registration page didn't like my email address. I don't why he couldn't fix that simple problem? He had asked what my email address was, but it was never fixed...

OK, everything is working now. I was able to enter in my not so standard email address, and get the update. Thanks
