Hey guys, it's been a really long time since I've been around huh? Sorry, of course I'm just going to say 'I was distracted by life' and leave it at that

While I'm at 'returning', I'll give you guys a news update.
-My website is officially fully functional with it's renovations. I may still update it here and there if I find anything else, but I'm calling it decent for now.
-Fate has been going slow (slow as in stopped for now) - I just haven't been inspired to do any new level design and am still really bad at good player-enemy encounters, so I've stopped until I can get the spirit back up and running.
-Life is being real distracting, so updates from me will be slow and I won't visit often - I'm sorry for that ahead of time

OK, now that the news is spread...

So I felt like making a new pack since it's been such a while. The genres I've created so far have been:
-Scifi (Huge Scifi Pack, Scifi Slums Pack)
-WWII (my first pack, the WWII pack)
-Warehouse (abandoned warehouse pack)
-Overlays (Cracks n' blood pack)
-Sound packs (SoundFX Packs 1 through 3)
-Miscellaneous free models, textures, and sounds

... obviously I'm looking for something new to do, and I need ideas from all of you. Of course, this pack will be free to everyone and I will be very grateful for everyone who inspired me. I actually already started on some odd genre - I don't even know what it is, something like a steampunk grungy slums genre . I've been working on a grungy bus, so I was thinking a pack around the lines of this idea. If you guys could give me feedback and ideas for themes like this, that'd be awesome!

P.S. Here's the bus I've been creating to give you all a feel of what I had in mind (I know it's not very good - I originally made the texture first and then the model for texturing practice [which turned out pretty well] - in other words, the model sucks):

-Grocery Store

-Convenience Store

-Department Store

-Gas Station

-Retail Store

-Used Car Dealership

-Post Office

-Fire Station

-Electrical Plant

-Water Treatment Plant

-Auto Manufacturing Plant

These are just a few that came to mind, as possible suggestions.

How about a wild west pack? - I know that's not steampunk, but it's a genre that isn't often covered.

@all else, those seem like semi-popular ideas then, but you do know they will be made in a theme similar to the one displayed in these pic's:

I know other users have said they are leaving, then come back, but I think the PWP is someone who will keep his word, if he is returning, I think it will be a long time.

A final note: Recently I've been getting quite a few emails regarding my projects and what will become of them. I've decided that all of my WIP games will be canceled completely. Of course, I'm not dropping FPSC completely - I'll still be doing level design projects here and there just for fun (here is something I did just today).

Also, numerous amounts of users keep telling me jokes like, "See ya in 2 weeks!". Honestly I'm getting sick of these remarks, and I kindly ask that users stop. VENT is correct: I won't be returning, and if I do, it'll only be upon light of an 'emergency' or something of similar matters.

I do respond to posts on my blog, and again I'd like to thank all that have taken the time to write something nice.


I'd also like to carry on a message I wrote from the blog here:

I just have one lasting request: can the mods please keep all my [currently unlocked] threads unlocked. Just in case something arises, or there is a need for support, etc.

Is it really that much of a crime to simply browse these forums? In fact I don't even remember being logged in - I might've had the page open for a while, or I might've been checking this thread.
