Hey, are there any freeware tools for FPSC that allow you to create simple segments by just giving them textures or something like that? Same for easily exporting models right into FPSC as entities. They said they would include that feature in the migration but never mentioned it since!

Ok.As I know there free segment tool for FPSC its called Firma.Here the link

Ok for the model.Um I dont know where is easy tool but as I know Its called Wings 3d and blender is easy for someone has improve in modelling skill.

For textures, also try Gimp, http://www.gimp.org/
