Last night I was about to take my bedoxine when I hit my leg on the wall. That hurted so much I couldnt even walk. So that gave me an Idea

Lets make a simple game, put the character with pistol and give him an rotateandshoot.fpi. And lets say he shots us and takes 50 of our health. So we can present this with hud that shows he shot our leg. And we move much slower. BUT TO MAKE SCRIPT I DIDNT SAW ANY ACTIONS LIKE
PLRSPEED=x or setspeed=x,(I can make it with plrfreeze, but it just wont work.) Is there any way to make this script possibile?

You know.... Doc Brown hit his head on the toilet seat and then invented the flux capacitor!

...this illusion could be pulled off:

Scroll down to the 4th post, and look at the code snippet offered by Gamer X.

Not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but cleverly scripted together it
should be possible to:

-Have a HUD appear when player is wounded.

-Have player's movement impaired by the wound, and have the movement become
progressively worse as health is depleted.

-Have player's movement restored as health improves.

@Seth Black

Well that does it.
With some random variables changing and experimenting its pretty the same like the player speed is 50% reduced.
Thank you.

And mods can close this thread now.

...very glad that it worked for you, Delusional Games.

Any chance that you'd post the script you came up with, so that other folks could
learn from it?

Ok, but I dont thing anyone will find this amateur-madeby script useful. (I`m a beginner, and from eastern europian country with small knowledge of English language so Its hard to learn fpi scripting from manual)

SINCE I NOT STARTED MAKING HUDS, I USED THE HUDS THAT I FOUND IN FPSC GAME DIRECTORY AND SOUNDS TOO.

Please correct me if I made something wrong. But everything works fine for me.
