Kick it off with a Christmas tree and a few gifts, I think
OR maybe a gingerbread man?

It's good of you to dedicate this pack to Aagreen

Wow, you work fast. That looks good, actually. I can only see one issue, the tire on the side should be the same size as the tires underneath. Just as long as people can tell what it is it looks good. No need to be too specific and detailed.

That's a very nice model, I hate sketchup, very difficult to use so good work.

Poloflece, not to be mistaken for polofleece, polar fleece or polar flece. But I like to go by Polo or PFG, SO GET USED TO IT!

I was thinking the EXACT same thing a day or two ago. It's a darn shame to lose such great people.

I know what I want. You don't have to make it FPSC ready, I can do that myself...

I would like to see 1 M200 Cheytac Intervention model.

Or, if not that, an M-14 rifle like the one in COD:Black Ops.

Since we have been on the topic of Sketchup, I have a few questions. A few years ago I was learning 3d modeling on 3d canvas and milkshape, and wasn't doing too bad. I made a few nice 3d models. Now I want to get back into making models. I downloaded sketchup 8 and have not made any models yet, but the interface looks nice.

Is sketchup really that hard to learn, as you have said? Also, can you really export models into a useful format? I see that the pro version allows exporting as .obj files, but it is nearly $500!

@Duke86
No. Sketchup is very easy. It uses drawing tools to draw different shapes and lines to connect and create meshes. The hard part is the lack of windows. You have to use judgement and speculation to get models at the very least of correct, because you can't move a mouse inward like a WiiMote. But it works. There is a plugin to export to .x files as well as a tutorial on it in the latest version of the FPSC Official Guide (should be in your FPSC/Docs directory.).

Thanks for the info. This is good news since I'm a better 2d artist than I am a 3d modeler.

Hope your model making goes well and is fun and not too stressful! In the meantime I will be having fun toying with sketchup and learning it.

I would like a simple segment. I made a castle segment with two versions but it did not turn out right. I made a wall one version was full and the other wall set was litterly a half wall set. So I could make a custom castle in any way I wanted. I got the idea from a castle segment pack released by sky writter. His was very nice but made in sections and did not allow alot of customization.

So the segs I made was one full textured wall and the other was the wall literly cut in half. Worked fine except when you get the two walls near each other it caused a lag and lightmaps did not like it ethier. I think it needed a mesh or something, not sure. Anyway thats my X-Mas wish. A fully customizable Castle wall segment set.
