I am currently freezing my fingers off in this beloved office, but could someone tell me how to get the usescript gunspec working? Because my FPSC crashes whenI pick up a weapon with the script applied to it.

Yes, I did a desc = at the beginning of my script.

There are certain FPI commands that should not be used in a weapon script. Can you post the weapon script here for me to look at?

On the side, though, I've heard other users have had problems with their weapon scripts. It could very well be a bug in PB that needs fixing. But for the sake of completion, I'd like to look at your script, just to see if there might be something wrong with it.

It's the alternate firing modes feature. Making switch from full auto to single fire. Not sure what's wrong.

Is that the entire script for your weapon?

Weapon scripts must tell the weapon when to fire, when to zoom, when to reload, etc.

Are there any other weapon scripts you can use to see if they'll work?
