Thanks for the pack, but I see for most of them in the screens you just used the GIMP default texture fill in, which takes about 2 seconds

Anyway, thanks for the download

Boom.

Sorry new to gimp, never used it before. Thus why alot of them our from gimp. I'd herd alot about it in the past but never tried it. So I figured making 50ish segments with it would help me learn it a bit lol I hope you at lest enjoy them even though there fairly simple segments lol

Quote: "useless because poor quality"

some friendly advice

you can make the textures seamless in gimp by going filter/map/make seamless.

I like this. thanks for the download.

I was so harsch, sorry old_school - Photoshop plus Nvidia plugins/tools are the best choice for textures purpose.

Lol Photoshop scars me. All those choices wow. I cant even draw a line in PS. I like to use MS Paint alot for my rough drafts and gives me a idea were to go at first. I tend to start making something with no clue what I want. By the time I get done, I know how I want it to look. So MS Paint lets be be messy for a bit, then I start to clean it up with Paint.net. But Photoshop will be something I look forward to useing later.

I want to be able to go out side with a camera and take closeup pics of things like streets etc. and turn it into a texture. I know Photoshop will do that, but I think I need to laearn other tools first. So when I get into PS, Im not clueless about Hue's etc. When I started learning, I thought hue was a photoshop only thing and did not even understand what it ment lol A year later, I think Im doing ok, not bad for a dislexsic IT guy lol
