When place a stock entity character, like say the Si-Fi zombie, or a custom one, like that SWAT guy from FPS Files. And then I add the appear script the dark AI appear enemy/ally and the main script to the dark AI main weapon and the destroy to Errant AI's dark AI ragdoll. When I test the level it will do one of the following, or all.

1. First time I tried with the 1.18 beta 3, and the characters, enemy and ally, stood there in idle mode, buy were all black except their guns.
2. Second time, it was with 1.17 and had a simple level. One ally and two enemies, the appeared with there texture and all, but as soon as the enemy got in range, my SWAT teammate, ran straight at a wall seperatin him from the enemy, firering like mad. And then he randomly died. And then one enemy walked through a corner of the building and attacked me from behind.
3. I made a simple map to test the zombie script ment for Bond1's mob zombies, but put it for a stock sci-Fi zombie. Loaded the test level and it started, zombie was all black but ran at me and attacked like he should, but 5 seconds after it all happened, an error popped up saying illegal object or what ever. NOw that was probaly cause I didn't use bond1's zombie.
But someone please help with the other ones. Are the stock characters not supposed to tale Dark AI? Or like in example 2, a script that isn't well designed?

If you don't try, you fail.

crosshair games, have you tried checking the.. "purity" of your scripts? I've seen FPSC scripts mess up before, and all because of a single missing "." or ";".

Signatures are a form of generalized, broadbased control. Therefore, I refuse to have one.

what about the second situation? cause those were stock dark ai scripts, and i think situation 1 was just a problem of where i placed the scripts
