Dark GDK / Dark GDK can't find device caps problem

I tried to install dark gdk on several computers. One computer works fine but all other computers don't. The problem is codes can compile but when being run, errors will pop up like can't find device caps, can't find stencil, can't setup 3D devices. I am not sure if it is directX related or not. I have tried to re-install darkGDK and directX with no luck. Any help is appreciated. (The remaining computers do have different hardware from the one with darkGDK working).
