I need to send and receive data from com port in game, is there any way to do this?

I don't think GDK has anything for that, but C++ does.
You may want to start with a google search. I found this:

I've done serial stuff before, but it's been a while. Give it a try and if you still have problems, post again and I'll look into my old stuff.

The fastest code is the code never written.
