Have you installed DBP yet? It normally puts all the dll's you need in place for you.

It seems more like a missing directx dll problem. Have you installed the latest directx version yet? If not, you can find it here:

If the latest version of DirectX is 10, then i have the latest version. Is 10 the latest version?

Actually, I frased it wrong. You'll need the latest directx 9.0c in order to run DBPro.
The directX version 10 or 11 won't do.

The problem for DarkVoice is as follows..
The program can't start because MFC71.DLL is missing from your computer. try reinstalling to fix this problem."
I have the latest Direct X, i tryed reinstalling, and it still does not work.
Although the problem for DarkShader has been fixed.Thank you Slayer
The problem for DarkMatter has not.

Did you try the link I posted earlier? What OS are you running?Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7?
Also, you should do a search for the files that are missing. Type in the complete filename (including the extension) in the 'Search' box. There's a chance the files are on your machine, but not in the correct folder. So, first do a search for them, and let me know in which folder they are.

Slayer,
I tried the link and that didn't help DarkVoices, or DarkMatter. My computer is a Windows 7. I did a search on the computer and found a MFC71.dll file in the following location:
C:/Program Files/The Game Creators/Dark Shader
Is that supposed to be there? I hope this helps.

Normally, the directx installer should put these .dll's in the appropriate folder, but since it didn't, you should copy/paste the .dll in your Windows\System32 folder, and that should fix the problems. The same goes for the other two .dll's.

Hope this helped?

Cheers

You're welcome, Einherjar77!

The other two .dll's should also go in the same Windows\System32 folder.

Cheers
