this hopefully will be an easy answer for you guys. I am missing some world war 2 characters such as the tommy and russian, but i don't have them. Is it because i am using fpsc free or are you supposed to get them seperatly? if you get them seperately, can you please tell me where i can get them?

There is no Russians, however I think you may be lacking the Tommy because it's free, I can't remember what FPSC Free lacks.

with FPSC free you cannot export your games into .exe or make multiplayer games.

I think it is also missing many of the characters. Free version is probably the reason.

if there are no russians, then who is the other ww2 guy (other than the tommy) at the top art of the manual?

maybe. He's not the Wermacht or anything tho. People keep saying he's a russian but oh well. At least i know why i am missing them

They only come with FPSC. But I'm sure if you really looked around you could probably find the author and from their try to purchase them.

If the tgc store works you can get the tommy there for free i think

ok thanks. Btw i got the tommy for free from the store but its a retextured version. Oh well, good enough.
