Newcomers DBPro Corner / DarkGDK - 2D Circles help

I recently just started using DarkGDK. I tried to make a 2D circle and dots but it does not appear when i run my program. All that appear is a blank screen.

I already searched this problem before posting and there seems to be no fix and only some people have this problem. The only fix for this is just to go to fullscreen but it is kinda annoying.

Hopefully any pros will help me with this problem.

You have vista right?
with my experience, 2d circles don't show in Vista.

The solution I used was d3dfunc, a 2d plugin that draws faster than the native commands anyways (and has more options)
