Dark GDK .NET / Compile Errors On Template - Can Do Nothing

I just installed the GDK for the first time, used the project template, and even the template will not even compile, this is the error i get ever time i try to run it. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am referenced to the newest version of the GDK and have it set to copy to local.

An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details. The error is: Could not load file or assembly 'DarkGDK, Version=1.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e5d518e3875aacb1' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Change the compile options from Any CPU to x86 for both debug and release builds
