You have Photoshop,it is perfectly capable of reducing an image size.

Its just the way you ranted on in your other thread made me suspect things weren't right with you,
not a good start to your forum experience.
My wife knows her textures and she told me straight off were these came from.

Maybe you mean no harm and your free to release these if you want according to the license
(which is kinda suspect when the site they are from doesn't appear to have any control over most of the textures on there, many are filter forge)
But its not good to claim as your own creation and dont upload anything around here you didn't create yourself.
You would have been better to simply post a link, but as I said not sure they have the right themselves.
