Hi everyone,

I just bought eai new model pack and i can't figure out how to get running anims for my guns. The only un that has a running anim is the machine gun, no assult rifle or pistol has any. Does anyone know why?

I think I read it's switched off by default in the fpi. It's either in the official thread or this thread that I read it.

This is controlled in the gunspec. and by default commented out.

In the gunspecs take a look to find the line



Then delete DBO and make a test game. This will allow the running anim to play and when you shoot the gun it will snap back to the shooting animation. Only the SAW is disabled in the pack for shooting while running because its a big gun.

the setting...

disablerunandshoot = x controls if the gun can shoot while moving or not.

When, I see a vid of M9, I noticed, while the player was adding the silencer, the ammo didn't change. So, how can I use altfire with no changing the ammo?what gunspec command does it use?

The video is the same as whats in the pack. Watch again and youll see the ammo change.

The ammo is defaulted to be pooled (in gunspec) but the magazine is required to change. FPSC doesn't support altfire weapons that share the same magazine although they can share the same pool.

Oh by the way EAI i have started to create my own gun and hands so i was wondering if there is a way to rig your anims to my gun and hands?

If so that would be great!

You can use fragmotion. The TF341/MP53 should load into fragmotion without many issues. There are many tutorials by Lewis, Bootlicker and others.

It's the dbo created in the weapon's gamecore\guns\tf341\weaponname folder.

or just run bin/dbo cleaner.
