A small machinima I made, to demonstrate what one can do with the new animations by ErrantAI:
EDIT: For those who are a little into storytelling, I added the conversation, that began to form in my head while working on the cutscenes. If you read it prior to watch the vid, everything makes a little more sense:

That is probably the coolest fpsc video I have ever watched... period.

Great idea and nicely done! Music and the Ingame Scenes flow really well together.

Great video Storyteller. A great idea, well executed.

Thanks everyone for the kind words!

As always the finished&uploaded vid appears a tad darker than expected, so I am not 100% satisfied - but glad you like it

Cool MMV and very unexpected application for the typing anim. It's got a nice "ending cinematic" feel to it

Hehe yeah, like this, then immediately goes into a female power ballad : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Cw1ng75KP0#t=00m47s

That was a cool video, well done. The end was chilling.

You definately should use that in a game project of yours, maybe a build up of string instruments at the end could add a nice effect.

Great Video story teller... Because everyone know that the best thing to do in a zombie apocalypse is to make loud depressing music.

Or to grant yourself a wish before you go - read the conversation

I never thought that machinima could be so well done in FPSC! I might want to look into that when I purchase the TF341 Model Pack today/tomorrow.

Hmm...can't help but to write a review, as it is a Machinima

The Good: Ambiance- Good mood set by the lighting.
Posing and animations fit well with the props.
The ending was very haunting.

The Bad: Conversation- I thought the dialogue was a bit cheesy; a bit convenient to have the piano, knowing the song, etc.
Camera Movement- I know you were controlling it and it's a shooter, but I wasn't a fan of it.

The Ugly: Animation Twitch with the "vocalist" at 19 seconds.
Choppy slow motion at the end.

Overall, good job! Best cutscene/machinima made in FPSC that I've seen

I reject your stereotype of Wisconsin and, in fact, live in a city.

@le shorte:

I didn't expect to get a review for this - thanks for taking the time.

And you where right on everything. Except for the piano. I am playing in an independent theater company and believe me: Every rehersal stage in every theater has one of those old pianos somewhere in the back
