Hey all,

I was looking for a script that once a switch is used, a light (to be precise a flickering one) turns off for about 0.5 - 1 sec then turns on again.

Has anyone ever done this, or be willing to create it?

Thanks all.

A stock flickering light script is not made to accept activations for being turned off or on, so you will need to script it to do that explicitly.

Once you've done that it will be a matter of activating your flickering light to turn it off, starting a timer to have the script wait for 0.5-1 second before turning on.

I hope that gives you enough direction to make a good attempt at it yourself. If you run into any trouble or confusion while making the script, post here about it and I may be able to help you out some more. But I'd really like to see you make a good effort at this yourself, since it should be a fairly simple scipt to do and would be a great setup to get you started with scripting.
