I have a vehicle pack, and the folder have a cartexture I see a another wheel, HERE I think this can move in the game. But I don't know what I have to do, how let the wheel move.
More file in the folder:
Ferrari_F360_Silver.fpe,
Ferrari_F360_Silver.bin,
Ferrari_F360_Silver.bmp,
f360.dbo, f360.dds,
f360.fpe, f360.x .
I think it with this (f360.fpe)I have to do something, but i don't know what: f360.fpe:

First off, you should remove any trade names from your models to avoid legal issues. So, you shouldn't refer to it as a "Ferrari" and you definitely should not show the ferrari emblem on your model.

Now then, I'm not sure what you just posted in the code snippet, but that's definitely not an FPE
I believe the only reliable way for you to get the wheels moving would be to animate them to move, then animate your model for the wheels moving when necessary. I doubt that without either a TON of different animations, or a dynamic animation system being implemented into FPSC that you'll be able to achieve turning wheels and proper wheel acceleration, though.
