Here's an idea: Draw one in SketchUp and export it as a .x file (needs a .x plugin). Then import into FPSC (loads of tools for this).

Should be doable in a couple of hours for a beginner.

I never finished mine, so it still is not FPSC ready.
It wasn't that big though (but you could always scale it up), and here is a look at its animations... (see attached video)
The barrel looking thing was something I was going to have as a pick up so that you could arm it. (hence the covers being put on)

Maybe I can make this part of my Limb Detection Pack that I will be working on next month. (only way I can finish it)
Or, I could give you the milkshape file now, and you could go from there if you want to modify it and create the necessary files for import to FPSC.

ZombiesBuilder: If you need help/advice trying to make that in sketchup let me know that's all I use.

PS: the rocket would have to be 4segment blocks at the bottom not 1-2. Also if you wanted the launch pad then you'd have to figure put if you wanted the launch pad in the prep position (like in your reference pic) or in the pre-launch....that will also add to the segment block sizes for the base depending on which one you chose.

I'm not into rockets, but I'd say it's a Soyuz.

You can have a lave a look at this one.

47288 triangles, but it's textured and can be optimized.
Well, it's a start, isn't it?

Hope it helps

By the Way: I don't need scripts for a launch I just need the entity for part of a map I'm working on. it will be set static so it doesn't matter

You would convert them to .x then convert the texture(s) to .dds/.tga Then you would copy an fpe and give it the properties of the rocket.

my friend and I used a couple of the NASA models for a 2 min short we did up and while the models look awesome they are VERY VERY resource heavy unless they've optimized them finally.

Ok no problem.
I'll get it in FPSC then post its files here in a zip.
It'll be tomorrow though because it is on my computer at my office.

Edit
Okay, so I figured if you just want a static one, then I can make a new one on this computer instead of waiting for the other one.

Here is the ZIP...

Here is a screen shot of it ingame... (see attached image)

I had to scale it to 700 percent to get it big, and if it is not big enough then edit that in the FPE file.

I also accidentally made it dynamic instead of static, but once again, that can be edited in the fpe file.
Just look for the following...

defaultstatic = 0

...and change that 0 to a 1

Feel free to retexture this (please) or do anything else you want with it.
It is 2 am here now, so I am off to bed.

Have fun!
