Newcomers DBPro Corner / DB on school computers

Hey,
I am working on a project in DBPro which is going to be supervised by a teacher at my school. The other day I installed Directx 9b on the schools computer so I could show him what i've currently done. My program worked, though all the sprites instead of being totally transparent background, had ghosted black backgrounds (which, does not happen on my computer).

Unfortunatly I don't know the specs of the computer, and didn't have a lot of time to mess around with it.

Basically, has anyone else had this problem, and how can i fix it?,

It's a school computer the video card drivers have proberly never been updated, I would try updateing them and see if that helps.
