FPSC Classic Scripts / Need a door to activate something...

I need to set a door up to activate some entities. Just like the plrinzoneactivateifused script. I tryed using this:

but nothing happened. I would use a trigger zone, but then the player would have to walk through the door. THis would make it appear that I was activating entities few by few. It doesnt look good with spawning at all. Can somebody help me?

the door keeps shutting back, and a monster shooting a shotgun like a minigun kept killing me too lol, but he doesn't really matter. But there isnt time for someone to open the door and exit before the door closes again.

Use etimer in action side of state=1 line.
:state=1:etimerstart,incframe=0


Use etimergreater=3000 (3 sec) or make it greater number if you need more time. Put this in the last state=2 line in the condition side of it.
:state=2,etimergreater=3000,activated=0:state=3,sound=$1,colon


That will allow you time to get through.

or try this in the first state=2 line
:state=2,plrdistfurther=160:activate=0

thanx myke, i will try it in the daytime. its 1:20 am here, and im re-dling all my purchased packs to reinstall and backup. My fpsc folders are so cluttered...and im soooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired...

I accidentally remove the plrusingaction=1 in the first state=2 condition. This works the same as the dooruse script and triggers an entity.

My bad.
