Hi guys! As I was bored, I made some segments of the game Killing Floor, but there is only a problem if the public might be illegal to occupy Killing Floor textures, then, is there any chance that they can post?

As you will see in the pictures there are 2 styles of room. Wall of red and green. Includes Shader Effects

as simple as those are, i don't think that you can have copyright problems. Its a metal floor and painted brick walls. I have seen lots of those. Are they rips from the game? THat is the only reason it could be a problem.

As long as they aren't actually the textures from the game, there should be no issues. These look very nice.

Those textures are identical!

Making someone's day a little better because of one of my models means a lot to me.

Hear me. I download the Level Editor's Killing Floor, and therefore there is a menu where all the textures of Killing Floor, and there is an option that says Save as a DDS, so I did, and I think that is illegal because illegal if there would be no such option.

Therefore, it is legal.

Yes it is illegal to release those textures as that game is under copyright. You would be breaching their TOS unless you have WRITTEN permission from the developers that state you can give out the textures than you cannot release them. In fact I would not even be using them in your own game.

And how could hear from the millions who post game, they have something stolen?...

We will not begin to discuss a simple texture...

.___.

Why not give the time to review the other games? Sometimes appearances can be deceiving ..

So If I rip textures from Oblivion's editor and put them in my game, then thats legal?

The answer is NO my friend. It's fairly simple to make textures like this. Just buy the texture maker 3 program TGC sells. That with a bit of photoshop, and you'll have exactly the same quality textures.

But stealing textures is wrong mate. I suggest you change them ASAP.

Stop it. you can simply get a Brick texture from CGTextures, Totally Legal, and Make a Simple Blue line or red line, is that SOOO HARD?

Why would it be legal to rip a texture from a game just because you can save it as a .dds?
Thats just fail
