Im looking for 2 free programs:
1. To create a texture for games (the program must be able to save
JPG, GIF and BMP files).
2. To create *.AVI files for games.

I prefer that the programs won't be too complicated (like Photoshop)
but not too simple (like Paint).

Im sorry if I put it in the wrong forum
but since there is no program forum I thought to put it here.

WTF is wrong with paint?

Paint can be used to make VERY good works of art if you know what you're doing...

But anyway, i guess its each to their own...
