i was wondering if there is a post on the forum board or any info that lets us tgc members know when an official tgc model pack is being developed and what type of contents the packs will include?

Most official model packs are user made and will have wip threads either in this board, or the 3d board. If TGC's making a model pack they would likely put up a thread.

I'm working on one! I just haven't made enough progress on it yet to start a thread for it. But, it'll come...eventually. Until then, here's a few very early preview screens of "Canebridge Hospital" (don't even have the ceiling meshes finished yet!);
