Just wanted to see what some people though. These are not for my game however I made them for Morrowind. The staffs are incomplete, and need more work. Everything in here though is under 600 poly's.

Oops posted one of them twice. Anyway just wanted some comments I whipped all of those up yesterday it took me a couple of hours. The staff is finished now it just needed some work to make the shaft look a bit more natural with a few twists and bends.
I'm also going to put some dents in the top part to make it look hammered, and slightly bend some of the spikes.

Really nice looking. All of them have a really Oriental look to them (except one of the swords). Keep up the good work!

You did a very awesome job with these, keep up the good work.

Are you interested in creating a couple magic staffs or other tools for an Alienware compo entry

It doesn't matter if it is confusing, as long as it works

Sure I could probably do a couple of staffs, and some tools if you need them.
I do anything static pretty well. It's things like people, and certain monsters that I find really hard.
Just send me some pictures of what your looking for as well as size information, and their appropriate world location.
If that is even needed anyway. I know in Morrowind characters are 128bits tall so I go by that for sizing purposes, and they need to be set at 0, 0, 0 as well as a pivot point.
Like if it's a two handed weapon you put the point between where the hands would be, or the center of the hand for single handed weapons.

I don't know if any of that matters with DBP though. I've been modelling for a few weeks, and I'm in the process of getting everything down on paper before ordering DBP.

And thanks for the compliments everyone. I haven't been doing this stuff long, but I put a lot of effort into it. As it's something I really enjoy doing.

I'll post more renders as I get more done.

Nice work BTW... I see you are in Mississippi. I'm from TN and wanted to tell you to leave yourself some lead time when you order DBPro. It took my copy two weeks and two days to cross the pond. Waiting is no fun.

I'm using DBPro to write "Suger Free Candyland", for diabetic children!

Hey Bolt sorry I didn't realise this forum has no messenger or PM function. Just e-mail me at [email protected]
That's my generic e-mail address. Just drop the pictures of what your wanting and any technical info in there, and I'll see what I can cook up.
