Hi,
I'm making a game and I need some models and animations.....
The game is inside a prison and I'm using model 4 characters inmates but they are only three and my frist request is a litle modification to those models (faces, tatoo.....) to make them look different.

My second request is to have 2 different animations of those models, the frist one should simulate a box fighting and the second a fight with a knife to attak the player in a realistic way.

Of course I'll pay for the work and I'll put you in the game credits.....

PS: I can give you the inmates charaters already full animated from model 4.

no you cant mate that would be against the rules you would need to find someone who owns mp4 to do this work for you.

Well...if you buy a dvd or a cd and you give it to a friend for listening it is that make you a thief? I don't think so...and anyway it's clear that after the works on the characters the modeller should delete the inmates models I gave him.....(this is what I was meaning).

Bad comparison...

You can't really control the other end-user. He can delete them at his own will,whether you tell him to or not.

Which might not be the right thing to do on his end,but you would be breaching the license agreement and he probably couldn't care less about that.

Like henry said,make sure the person who (if anyone) wants to help you , owns Model Pack 4.
