ive download the alien media pack , im pretty new at dbp
so ive tried to load animations tell me what went wrong

First, you don't need to load the image. DBP does that automatically (I believe, DBC does anyways...). also, put the if upkey()=1 command into the loop, and get rid of the first sync. That should help some...
