kinda stumped atm, just wondering what would be the best way to do this. i have a player object and a 3rd person camera that orbits around the player in evry direction but i also want to place a crosshair at a distance in front of the player and have it move with the camera. here is a diagram if it doesnt make sense.basically all 3 objects have to remain in alignment while rotating the centre point(player). any ideas thanks in advance.

You might try using the pick screen command to see where the camera is looking in the 3d world, and position the crosshair object at the result (get pick vector x/y/z), then point it back at the camera with point object.
