Developer: Doctor 3D

Story\Multiplayer Modes:
-The Man with the Golden Gun
-Standard Free-For-All

Story\SinglePlayer Mode:
-BotMatch

I've been wanting to remake this map for awhile now. Just now got around to doing it. My brother and I use FPSC to play alot of MP games. We've been talking about re-building this classic for a long time. The finished games will have three texture variations each having a seperate set of weapons. My own flare on the textures, which you see above. A recreated Perfect Dark version, and of course one closer to the original. Weapon sets will be "Power Weapons," "Machine Guns," and "Explosives."

Multiplayer Modes will include the Standard deathmatch and "The Man with The Golden Gun." Single player will include an 8 bot match.

I've still got quite abit to do before it's finished. I'm Adding the N64-style Hud and going to recreate a decent set of the original weapons. I'm currently trying to recreate the classic richocet sound and remixing the main theme song for the ambient background tune.

No ETA: I've got no rush to finish it. It's just something I`ll mess around with during my spare time. But, I thought some of you guys that grew up playing double-0 might like to see it.

Goldeneye 007, who doesn't like that game.

This is looking great, the level looks just like the original and the camouflages are nicely done. This is looking excellent so far

PS: Did you re-rig the weapons?

Why does my grammar/spelling suck so much?!?!?

Thanks for the comments, guys. Those weapons are just placeholders.

I am recreating the original weapons. I'm probably going to go with the old-style off-screen animations that they used on N64.

Here's the shotty:

While of course I prefer hands and on-screen animations, I want it to 'feel' like the original. What's your opinion on the weapons?
Hands no Hands...Off-screen animations...On-screen animations?

Thank you, Starmind! There's some very useful stuff in this pack. I especially like the two soldiers and the armor vest w/ script!

Heh, yeah. One is pump-action and the other is an auto-shotgun. I probably won't do both. I prefer the style and fun factor of the pump-action.

I'm actually still undecided on whether to go with on-screen hands and animations or not. If you remember the pistols showed the hands while the rifles and shotguns didn't have hands. From what I can remember, all weapons had the off-screen animations.

I ought to slap myself in the head for never doing this. I think
it tried awhile back but I never got around to doing anything
productive towards it. Darn.

Good work though. I really like some of what you are doing.
My only criticism is that you change the yellow platform texture
to the brown color. Good job once again and bravo.

Also, I'd like to do some beta testing if you are up for it
and perhaps maybe help in some way? I would LOVE to be a contributing
help and gameplay advisor. This would definitely be a project worth
working on. Just hit me up @ leviwright@live.com if you have
anything to discuss more privately.

Thanks
