If you mean improving the light quality, just go to this thread:

leave the lightmaptexsize at 512 and increase the lighmapquality from 5 up to 35-100.

Thats why. No offense, but that card is extremely weak. I also suppose its an onboard video card too?

If I was you, I'd go out and buy at least a 8XXX series card or just something that will work
with your motherboard period. You could shoot for an ATI card too I assume but either way, I'm not sure what will
work with your motherboard, power supply, etc. I know a Geforce GTX 430 would possibly work and they are fairly cheap.

AMD Phenom II X6 3.2Ghz, 8GB DDR3 Extreme RAM,
ASUS M4N98TD EVO Motherboard, Nvidia 560 Ti 1GB DDR5

No, that's not why; at least not why he's having trouble with his lightmapping. The 6150SE was the same card that I was running in my old desktop. Weak, yes. It can't run bond1's PS2 shaders from the Metro Theater Model Pack, but it can most certainly render smooth shadows;

Something is wrong with his setup.ini file; or he's changing the lightmapquality value with FPSC open, which might not update the changes.
