So I've been hanging around the forums for a while but still don't get scripting...so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with how to make a basic weapon swapping script? With a rifle, pistol and a knife, so 3 different slots?
I've seen a few around the forums but they don't seem to have worled out.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.

So you want something like a holster system - so you can hold a rifle, a sidearm (pistol) and a knife?

you would have to make a few slight modifications to the script, but that wouldnt be too big an issue.

Don't worry, I found a more simple solution with PB's removeweap=x and giveweap=x commands...I think
