Is that Cyberspace a not English speaking territory?

W-well, you do know you are going to have to learn how to program, do you?

Because you sound like my classmate who was very interested until he saw the blank editor screen, and practically realized it isn't a plug & play straight forward gamemaker.

As a newcomer you need to know some basics about this place:

1. For newcomers, there is a "newcomers" forum not much under this one. Here people come for professional help to more professional problems other than 'well, where should we start?'.

2. This is a nice place, but can be cruel to people who don't feel like writing specific questions to certains areas of DBPro. Overall 'hi, i am here and want to learn things' won't be really answered. And if so, beware of some dudes on their periods.

Like you? There's no need for your reaction at all.

Did it occur to you that not English is not everybody's first language?

But to answer the OP, I would have to agree with Grog, check those tutorials out, they help me lots when I was learning darkbasic.

AND I'm GOING TO SAY IT,There is a search feature with in this forum, do not make postes saying, need help, help needed or pointless titles, ask in your title what the main help you need, like a good example, help needed with arrays. This way when we search for answers we will get them. The search feature searches titles and not the whole forums.

welcome to the fourms

my signature keeps being erased by a mod So this is my new signature.

Unhelpful Titles

Please do not simply write "Noob Question", "I am a newb", "One Noobie Question", "A question", "Please help", "This isn't working" or anything similar as the title of your post. We have a search facility, and meaningless titles do not help others find answers to their questions. It will also help you to get quicker responses if people have an idea of your thread content.

Agreed. Pot and kettle spring to mind.

I would take Grog's advice (every time)
