I want to make a level where you must act quickly and finish the level before the room is full of water and you run out of air. I want the water rising to start when i enter a room. How do i do this?

Use a trigger zone to activate the raisewaterlevel.fpi, you can change the raisewaterlevel.fpi to make it rise really fast or really slow.

Theres a good example in the pre made maps effects folder, when you click open in your editor, click on the Effects raising water level.fpm, in you'll see a trigger in a room near the top left corner on the bottom level.
