how can you make the player have less health and less lives, 99 lives is to much and the health at 500 is to much?

Don't forget also that in test game, you'll have 99 lives (so you can test your level without dying and starting over, get it? lol). When you build your full game, you'll have the number of lives you specify when you edit your player start marker.
