My scripting has gotten rusty , and really there's no need for a mod for this,but I think this should work for you,as long as you tweak the plrhealthless,plrhealthgreater values.

Quote: ":state=0,plrhealthless=99:etimerstart,state=1
:state=1,etimergreater=20000:state=2
:state=2:etimerstart,state=3
:state=3,etimergreater=1000:plraddhealth=1,state=2

:always,plrhealthgreater=99:state=0"
