FPSC Classic Scripts / Entity Closing Door Script - Via Waypoints

I have created a level where an entity (not a character) follows waypoints using the follow.fpi
The waypoints pass through a door, and then there is a trigger zone.
I want it to work so that when the entity (the humvee) passes into this trigger zone it closes the door.
I have tried scripting anykeywithinzone=1 and variants of this to make this happen, but I am new to the scripting and can not get this to work.
I have searched through the forums, and found scripts that allow the player to close the door remotely, however if I change the plrwithinzone=1 to entitywithinzone=1 then the door instantly closes before the way-pointed entity even gets there.

Any way or script to sort this?

Maybe you could try using
entitywithindist=10:etimerstart
etimergreaterthan=100closedoor)

No try it as the doors script. (closedoor) is in place of your way of closing the door.

Unfortunately, it didn't work, maybe entities on way-points just cant activate zones?

Sparrowhawk, why can't you use the same scripts in the .FPE file of the door like the (Auto) doors from WW2 collection? My entities on waypoints work exactly the same as the player...

If entity is within a certain distance the door opens, once it's reached past a certain distance it automatically closes again...

Hmm, maybe its bugged at the moment, however what would be ideal would be if the door only let it through once. So it got locked inside after passing through.
