AppGameKit Classic Chat / Handling different screen sizes

I do not own many different mobile devices but I assume there are a wide variety of screen sizes used among the different devices. How will graphics be scaled to fit the various screen sizes? For example, if I wanted to create a GUI (graphic user interface) that covered the entire screen would I have to set the width and height to cover the entire screen in the program or would this be handled by the AppGameKit?

Also, can graphics be "hard coded" to make them the same size on all devices?
