You probably had the default ones that come with windows/internet explorer first. The Sun one's are arguably the real ones, as Sun made Java, so you know they're good

I would be unstoppable if I could just get started...

The Sun ones are the original ones, they are the ones that are with IE (with variations made by Microsoft) so i don't see y you hate them?

Flash and Java are two completely different things.

For a Flash player look here http://www.macromedia.com

Hmmm,

1) My nickname is JessTicular, Please do not make that mistake again...

2) Flash is completely different to Java, If Java isn't installed, Flash will work (if you have a player installed, that is) and visa versa

3) My site doesn't have flash, and probably wont for a long time yet...
Those big blank boxes with little [x]'s in 'em are pictures that aren't there (i'm in the process of changing host, and havent copyed all the files across yet)

4) If you're Java doesn't work still, then there's something wrong with either your browser or your computer, i recomend kicking it till it gives in and is nice

Java VM was not bundled with IE since version 6. It used to be a separate download.

MS have now discontinued their VM. You need to download the Sun version, which is the definitive version anyway.

Hmm, so what you mean is...
"I forgot to check the options box that says 'Check this to allow Java'" right?
