I need some help please i am probally missing something but hope it aint to bad i have my enemys loaded no problem animations etc now onto the fire part



So when i run the code and the enemys try and fire at me i get the error

Object already exists how may i get around this? sorry for sloppy code its a work in progress

That might not be the piece of code which is causing the error as the "object already exists" error generally appears when make/loading objects. There aren't any creation commands in your snippet that I'm aware of. Try looking where you load/make your objects.

You don't create object in this piece, so the problem may be not here...

here is the other part of the code i have make object bullet,etc,etc in the main part for running it here is my code witch does work




the problem is that i have 7 enemies on my first level im working on they are all trying to shoot the same bullet should i have the bullets say from 20 to 30 for an example and use getfreeobject to find witch is free for the enemie thats what seems to be giving me the error they are all trying to shoot the same bullet

It cant happen in either of those area's. This error usually occurs whenever u load or create an object. Example: "Make Object Cube"
or "Load Object "File.x", 1"

Yes, we are looking for a "Load Object" command or something similar. The error message should give you a line number so that would be a good place to start.
