Hi everyone!

I wanted to know if there is a script that allows an airborne entity to fall to the earth after it has been killed.

I have a dragon that was designed by someone on here (I forgot the name so please accept my apology...you did an excellent job!).

I set the player start marker at layer 5.

I set the dragon entity marker at layer 6 to give it that "flight effect."

For the properties of the dragon, I set him to explode upon death and disappear1.fpi as the destroy script.

Why did I do this?

Because I discovered that when I killed him in mid air, his body just floated there...in mid air.

At least with the disappear1.fpi script set to destroy and explode set to YES in the properties, his body just "blows up" in mid air upon death and the dragon vanishes from the game.

My question is...

"Is there a script that will allow the dragon to fall to the ground (from layer 6 to layer 5) upon death?"

I'll post a video in a moment to describe it.

Thanks in advance for your answers regarding this question!

See if this can help.

Assign in the main ai or adjust your script to include it. It works good for up to 8 - 10 things depending on you computer speed.

Hope this helps.

Honestly there is no "great way" to do it but it is possible with simple scripts. Actually Pirate Myke's Script is just fine. just edit the moveup to fit what you want.

Cheers.

God help me, Please.

If that Dragon is a character you could use ragdoll.
