I got these free models and have tried them in Fragmotion without any problems. I then converted to dbo in Fragmotion and keep getting this horrible effect. Can someone try this out on there machine and let me know if you keep getting missing faces.

Your camera range near value is too low:
try set camera range 0,10,10000 or higher
