Can results of dark clouds be imported into an FPSC game?

If you mean can it be used as a dynamic background I would say yes but you'd have to code it into and then compile the FPSC source code which is freely available.

DarkCLOUDS takes a while to load and has problems on some graphics cards but it would certainly look great when it worked.

If you are thinking of making skyboxes you'd be better looking at cloud wright. It's made by the same people (SIMUL) that made DC. I tried to use DC for a free skybox maker I made called EnviroSCOPE but only cirrus clouds worked. The nimbus clouds got distorted / rendered differently at the edges of the skybox...
