FPSC Classic Scripts / problem with alternate ammunition

Hey. Ive been trying to get the alternate fire working for quite some time now but it just wont work. Can someone point out to me what I am doing wrong?

1) place a weapon on the map
2) place ammo on the map but change the script to altammo.fpi'
3) run the test and press 1 after picking up the altammo

Problem: It says that I have no alternate ammunition.

there are two different types of ammo in the entity bank.
e.g. for tavor you can find tavor_ammo-alternative and tavor_ammo.

Try placing alternative ammo in the scene.
