Ball's Adventure is a game created with Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 and Dark GDK with Sparky's Collision Plug-in.
The game's type is adventure. You have to save the humanity from the evil alien that is getting ready to destroy the Earth.

I just looked at your game and it seems really nice. I'm planning to use Newton's physics in the game also, maybe when i'll do an expansion. I have a question, is it implement Newton's Physics?

I played your game and it's a good start. There is no ball rolling just movement with standard collision and it looks like the texture is offset based on movement, which is an interesting look.

I'm not sure what your question is? If it is about implementing DarkGDK with Newton I'm not sure that has been done yet by anybody? I think someone started but I haven't heard of anything complete. It would definitely be a lot of work to do it, but at least Newton wouldn't have to go through the DBPro interface, so it could run the way it is supposed to!

Good start! The Star Wars music makes it epic.

As tiresius was saying, it would be good if you implemented some physics, because right now you can stand still on a slope, and the ball stops rolling as soon as you let go of the keys. Also, it's hard to understand how the plot fits with the gameplay.

Even so, I played it to the last level, but died at the part with the enemy balls.

Good work!

Thanks for testing it, probably tommorow i'll finish the last 2 levels, and i'll upload them.
After this i'll start working on the expansion I keep talking about, and i'll try to use Fulcrum Physics to make the ball have more realistic physics.

*snicker*

Ball's Adventure

[/immature behaviour]

I'd say this is a good start! Some physics would be nice though, so it at least rolls down a slope. I liked the music, keep it up

No, this is the next thing to do, if anyobody has a good tutorial on how to implement some physics in the game please post it.
