Well, I'm pretty sure that I've seen a command like this before I just can't remember where so I can't be sure if it exists... Does anyone know if this is a real command? Thanks.

there is varnotequal condition

it would need to be scripted as there are a bunch of other variable stuff to use also.

Community guide second version has the variable conditions and actions in it.
