3rd persion in standard FPSC is not possible. you'd need to use a mod like Project Blue or WASP.

Most likely either in the setuplevel.fpi or in a trigger zone's main script. I've never tried to do a 3rd person game so I can't give you much advice, sorry.

Are you looking for something like this? It's the closest thing to 3rd person in FPSC um-modded for now...
