what can i do to my dark basic pro knows in which OS works it. my inglish isn't very good
i need it because im making a autoplay menu and i want to install the WMP 9 and there is two version, 98/Me and XP. what can i do?

use a dll to get the operating system version and then do a if statement to see what os the user is using.

if it equals 98 then direct them to the wmp9 for 98 site.
else wmp9 for 2k/xp

why do you want to do this?

i bet a few people dont even want to use wmp9 in their machine.

There is also another way. In Windows98 there is a RegisterServiceProcess function in "Kernel32.dll", in WindowsXP there is not.

No sé mucho en esta página. sino que acabo de desear hacer un comentario en español. ¡No sé realmente español qué tan siempre! ¡Soy google que usan justos traduzco la página thingy! Así pues, cualquier persona toma la época de leer esto, era una pérdida de tiempo, acabo de mecanografiar esto adentro y chasqué traduzco.
