Hello. Could someone please help me make these scripts for me...

Script 1:
Could you please help me make me a script, that makes it so that I can drop the current weapon I am using (in game), and I can pick it up again.

Script 2:
A script that allows the player to swap weapons for each other.

I'll help you.

I'm not sure if either of these scripts are possible, but we can give them a go.

What is your script ability like? If you think you know the basics try putting something together, post it and we'll go from there.

If you have no idea how to script, this process will obviously take a bit longer, but i'd suggest reading the script tutorial in the official community guide and then download my complete script syntax list and we'll go from there.

Let me know which you want to do.

Don't worry, we all had learn this stuff when we started. Scripting is quite easy once you understand the basics.

As a said above, read the scripting tutorial in the community guide (it's not very long).

I think we'll need to modify the "weapon.fpi" script to get what you want. so once you've read the tutorial open the "weapon.fpi" script and see if you can understand what it's doing.

I don't have the script on this computer so it may be good if you can post it in this thread so we can figure out what to do.
