Hi, i have been working on a Cartoon shader.
but i can't get it to work correctly.
do you have any idea of what i should do?

(i only get muzzleflash and Bulletholes to work)

I replaced the effectbank\ps_2_0\post-bloom.fx
(i still have the old one)

The German boards have a cartoon shader, its in either work in progress or finished work. Not sure if he made it public and released it, but he has a nice shader working.

its a wip. last entry beginning 2011.

shaders, but most of it handmade textures. nevertheless looks awesome

Actually if you make a game look cartoonish (low detail objects and so on) it will work faster...
even with the shader

EDIT: i got mine working, noticed if normal objects are used there are no big changes in performance.
my stats: LIMITED TO 75 FPS
Before: about 75 FPS
After: approximately 75 FPS

This is an UNDERWATER shot, so the sky looks weird.
(looks a bit strange on top of water also... "all edge detect")
